Health Guarantee

• The seller guarantees that the above described Rottweiler is purebred and registerable with the American kennel club, and that the AKC papers have been provided. • The Seller further guarantees that should subject animal develop any hereditary defects that result in subject animal being unable to function as a family companion within two years from date of subject animals date of birth, seller will replace subject animal with another puppy of same value/quality/ from the first available litter after proof of spay/neuter of subject animal has been received from buyers vet. At no time will any monies be refunded. • The Seller further guarantees that should subject animal develop hip dysplasia prior to it’s second birthday or is denied a passing certificate from the “Orthopedic Foundation for Animals” at 24 months due to hip dysplasia, seller shall replace subject animal with another puppy of same value/quality/from the first available litter, after proof of spay/neuter is received from buyers vet. There shall be no refund of purchase price at anytime.
