I was searching for a breeder of Havanese and was very lucky to find Artwyrks Kennels and Vicki and Bill. I purchased a beautiful little female and named her Bella. She has been such a joy in my home. Never meets a stranger, and is always ready to give kisses. This was my first attempt at buying a show puppy. Vicki and Bill answered all my questions and calmed my fears. They truly made me feel comfortable with the decision to purchase my Bella. I also know that they are always there to answer any of my questions and give me support as I venture into the "show ring." I would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking for a quality AKC breeder and a animal that has been treated like there own. Vicki and Bill are breeders that strive to keep the Havanese breed pure and within standards.

We received a wonderful dog named Pearl from this breeder!! We live in Northern Michigan and were looking for a small, friendly dog for our children and home. I found Vicki online and put in my application. She called our references, which made me know that she really cares about the placement of her dogs. You can tell Vicki cares for each puppy and makes sure they are properly raised from birth. We've only had our pure bred bichon frise for a little over a week, but so far Pearl has exceeded our expectations in temperment. Pearl is very well behaved, very friendly, and great with children. We never visited the pup in person before we picked her up, but I was reassured by all of the information I received from Vicki. We requested the calmest puppy of the litter and that is what we got. Vicki is a fabulous resource and knows a lot about the care of the breeds she raises. We are very happy and would recommend this breeder to our friends.

We were very fortunate to have located Artwyrks Bichons and Havanese when we started our search for our companion Havanese. Vicki provided us with everything we needed to be reassured that we were adopting a top quality pet. All testing, medical records, pedigree, and care instructions were up-to-date and complete.
More importantly, it was evident that Vicki and Bill truly love and care for their dogs and litters, and they are not in any way producing litters just to make money. They are only interested in producing the best puppies to be placed in the best homes.
I would not hesitate one moment in recommending Artwyrks to a prospective owner. In fact, we did recommend them to another interested couple, and they adopted the sister of our precious companion, Cooper. If ever given the opportunity again, Vicki Brunn and Artwyrks will get our highest endorsement!

We cannot say enough good things about this breeder! We were buying a puppy for the first time and Vicki and Bill were just fabulous. They were so helpful in guiding us in all that we needed to know. This breeder does not just breed dogs as an income, they truly treat their outstanding dogs as part of the family, their home, and life. They were fantastic in updating us weekly on how the puppies were all doing. They not only care about their pets, but also are very careful to ensure their puppies go to a good home. We purchased a top quality, show dog bred puppy that has been an outstanding addition to our lives. We have a child with special needs and they were very sensitive to that issue and making sure that the right puppy was part of our home. We were so fortunate to have found them and would highly recommend them.
