Without a doubt we would recommend Frank to anyone wanting to get a Malamute. We got Nanook from Frank in 2003. He is the most beautiful, gentle, relaxed family member we have. And what a character. We had to answer a long questionaire and meet with Frank before being accepted to get one of his dogs. We are so glad he does this as he really cares that these dogs go to good homes who will take care of all of their needs. Above and beyond being a responsible caring breeder, Frank has a wonderful website with a link for all of his extented 'family members', for us to send pictures and updates on how are Mals are doing. It's a wonderful way to see how Nanook's siblings have grown and changed and I know Frank enjoys hearing about them also.

Ardistan has served us well . Since the first contact we have felt like we were adopted into Frank's Family of Malamutes. Not at all like we were adopted just a dog. We have been keep in touch with all the litter and watched them grow with pictures and stories for the past five years . We feel like we got THE best pup , but so do all the other families that adopted from Ardistan.
The indepth review process set up for getting a new pup made us feel that we had to measure up to the standards or we would not get a pup . We felt that by doing this , Frank was making sure his babies were heading for good permanent homes . And we wanted to make the grade . We still keep in touch after 5 years and feel this is still the best dog in the world . Thanks Frank.

My wife and I first started looking at Malamutes in 2005. After visiting and researching multiple breeders we thankfully found Frank. We already had 3 dogs before Talisker so we were very comfortable with dogs; however the first kennel we visited almost stopped us from choosing Mals. Fortunately our next visit was Frank and Temajin who immediately changed our minds. Frank's care and concern for his dogs is more than apparent and it continues on even after the dogs have found a new home. Using our dog as an indicator clearly temperment and soundness are a priority, while ongoing support is more than available. We cannot thank Frank enough for his contribution to our family and would recommend him to anyone seriously looking for a Malamute.

I first met Frank at a dog show as I was fascinated by the beautiful Malamutes. Frank has been an excellent resource and source of information for us as first-time Mal owners. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, straightforward and loves his dogs. We have been extremely pleased with Ardistan and Frank - we have no hesitation at all about referring anyone interested in Malamutes to Frank. His dogs are part of his family - he admires and respects the breed and his dedication and hard work is evident.

Frank is the very best!! As a fellow malamute breeder, I'd not hesitate to buy one of his puppies or breed to one of his boys. He's careful about health, temperament, type and all of the critical aspects breeders must consider when planning a breeding. Highly recommended!
